JPG Magazine, Say It Ain’t So!
January 5th, 2009 by johnny | No CommentsSay it ain’t so JPG Magazine! I’ve been a fan of JPG Magazine for a long time. If you haven’t heard about it, they are shutting down and is up for sale TODAY! The magazine has been an inspiration for me with their photographs in each issue. The readers themselves make up the content. Made by readers by submitting their own photos, the magazine features some of the most amazing photography ever published. Ok, I might be over exaggerating a little but it’s a great magazine for photography.
I’m sadden and yet hopeful whoever buys the company, they will continue the legacy either online, print or even both. So Yahoo, buy them already and use Flickr somehow to display all of the great work. I’ve just heard the site will still be up for a week more! Check them out at jpgmag.com
