Come celebrate four prominent Tucson designer’s spring lines in a fun, sassy and casual setting. Get your drink on and dance the night away with DJs Matt McCoy and Dewtron! Four designers, Lauren Baker of Razorz Edge, YuYu Shiratori, Sandra Pope of Backstitch Betty and Elizabeth Albert of Siobhan Clothing are teaming up with A Head of Style, Black Swan Hair Accessories and make up artist Tony Kougar to bring you the best of Spring right from our own fashion community. Get free goody Bags from our cigar girls and raffle prizes! This a show not to be missed!

About the Designers:

Elizabeth Albert, designer of Siobhan Clothing, has been producing and participating in fashion shows for almost a decade. She recently received Scottsdale Fashion Week’s People’s Choice Designer award in November of 2009. Siobhan has been featured in over 30 fashion shows statewide and can be found in various local boutiques such as Razor’s Edge, Zoe Boutique and Bohemia. Her new line features the same pulp art feel with unique embellishments and burlesque influences, as well as her specialty for redesigned vintage pieces. Sandra Pope, designer of Backstitch Betty, has been in full swing for two years. Sandra unique designs guarantee that you will never look like the same as the girl sitting next to you. Backstitch Betty since her professional debut last fall. Sandra, with her background in hair styling, has also created a companion line of hair accessories. This year Backstitch Betty will be launching it’s lingerie line. Yu Yu Shiratori
, has been designing and participating in fashion shows for over 4 years. A self taught designer, her collections reflect what she is obsessed with at the moment with a masterful use of color to tell a story and direct mood. Many of her designs are wearable works of art, and are unique studies in draping and structure. Her original designs and talent for screen printing have placed her in various fashion shows throughout the state. You can find her work on www.freeapples.etsy.com

Lauren Baker designer of Razorz Edge Original Clothing has been featured in fashion shows for the last 7 years. Her inspiration comes from a variety of different edgy fashion, from gothic to rockabilly to sassy street wear. She is now co-owner of 4th Avenue boutique, Razorz Edge. Her spring designs will consist of modern stretch dresses in unique patterns and fun colors. She may even feature some of her famous corsets.
