What a night! I met a famous band (I think), famous photographers, agency folks, thefreshfiends.com and overall interesting kiddos. It all began with a short trip to the Lost Leaf to meetup with a photographer. While there I met a friend who was going to celebrate her birthday at Bar Smith. I told her I’ll see her there in a bit. The photographer I met was Edward aka PHOTOHOE. An exclusive interview with Edward coming soon. You can see some of his work next First Friday at the Dragonfly.
Pinky Ring – Treasure Fingers
April 16th, 2009 by johnny | No CommentsWhat does Treasure Fingers mean? I’m at a lost myself, someone please tell me! But it doesn’t mean no one was there. I saw the FreshFiends crew upstairs, the PartyFoul DJ’s and the downtown influencers. If you want to network, this was the place to be that night. I started to take photos, then suddenly my flash went out. Batteries dead…one of the first thing you learn in photography class is to have extra batteries for your flash. I wasn’t paying attention during that class. I could only snag a few shots. Next time I’ll make sure to have batteries, I’m just bummed that I couldn’t capture the crowd fully, this night.
